Install R¶
Install R Dependencies¶
All required packages and dependencies for R are automatically downloaded and installed upon the first run of STAGG.
Manual package installation can be done inside of the R terminal using
install.packages("<package_name>", dependencies = TRUE)
or each individual package can be installed through the command line via CRAN with
wget https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/<package_name_and_version>.tar.gz
R CMD INSTALL <package_name_and_version>.tar.gz
Note
Note that the latter method does not automatically install package dependencies. The list of required packages is below.
Producing the R markdown also requires an installation of pandocs; instructions can be found here.
